C = "C" stands as the first letter to indicate an "appeal" file in the corrupt Court of Appeal for the province of Ontario, Canada. The said corrupt court of appeal solely works with Conspiracy, Fraud, Bribery, improper influence, thefts of master documents from files transferred from the lower courts, abuse of process in all steps- from filing stage to hearings of motions and appeals and to final stage that is forgery and fraud in Style of Cause and formal Orders, if Orders should be changed by a party who pays bribe to the Registrar; the Order of the Panel or Judges will be changed by forgery. In brief, Major Nourhaghighi 16 years continuous business with the corrupt Court of Appeal for Ontario indicates that if a Party pays a good bribe to the Registrar and judges, would have more than %80 change of success. Therefore, do not go after expensive Law Firms and do not pay ten thousands dollars for Transcripts, Appeal Book, Factum, and Book of Authorities. IF the party has very good lawyer, then the rest of %20 chance of success is a very Large Bribe to very few Judges of the Court of Appeal like Moldaver, Doherty, and Epstein. To find judges who are receiving bribes, is not difficult, just look to their back grounds; if they had political back ground, like Ex Judge Roy McMurtry, he would receive bribe. Major was witness that Cheap Judge McMurtry has given $150,000.00 costs to a party. Therefore, if you pay $10,000 bribe to a c corrupt judge of court of appeal, he/she would return, even more than you paid by charging the party acting against you.
The other way to find the corrupt judges, clerks, prosecutors and police, is to find out if they are "addicted to gambling or drugs" like Corrupt Judges Doherty & Wilkins. These judges are very cheap and mostly handling cases were Toronto Police involved to make sure to DISMISS them, or the lower Court Judge found that Police committed crime and must go to jail, usually corrupt Judge Doherty

Caber Management Services Inc = is the most dishonest " Condominium Property Management" Defendant, owned by white corrupt Canadian the Dependent, Bedford whereas his employees Property Managers Joe Vero, John Morilli and Liza Blair numerously violated the Ontario Condominium Act , and the Criminal Code of Canada at Sections 131-Perjury... From May 1994 to May 2010 the Caber has appointed three corrupt Property Managers for Major Nourhaghighi's Condominium 935, at 456 College Street., is defendant in Major Nourhaghighi's actions for theft, fraud, conspiracy, slander, malicious prosecution and other wrongs of his dishonest Managers John Bedford, Vero, Morielli and Blair.

In Toronto, all owners are obligated to leave a key of their property to the Management office; from May 1994 to May 2010 this key was used by staff, property managers, staff-Frank, agents-owners, and superintendent-Rubbin Perezto steal money, documents, goods and others from Major Nourhaghighi's property; Caber by bribe police was not charged :

On October 28, 1994, Vero has paid $60,000.00 bribe from account of Condo to the Crown Assistant Prosecutor Allan Scott and Justice of Peace Ian McNish to dismiss several charges against Condo made in accordance to Major's Information. Vero, as property manager, was guilty and in case Condo was found guilty could be charged over $1,000,000.00 fine. On une 16, 1995, Major has charged Vero, Scott , McNish et al, Major Nourhaghighi vs. Toronto Hospital et al, for bribery and conspiracy in a lawsuit heard by Justice Coo.

As the result, ample harassing letters made by Vero that if not be paid a lien on his property would be registered, as they did in November 1993 costs $2000 expenses for Major. Major Nourhaghighi in his lawsuit & Affidavit against Vero. On February 15, 1996 before Justice Boland clearly testified, at the presence of Vero and sixty five witnesses that Vero committed theft and he was a dirty thief! Vero did NOT deny. Major has been proven that Vero as the agent of the Crown has committed theft to increase Major's stress during several trials in November & December 1994.

f. From May 1993 to May 1996, Major filed several lawsuits against Vero and his parties. As the result, finally Vero was discharged from Caber. Then, Vero opened his own business.

Since 1995 the Caber Management staff and few Owners of Condo 935 Rubbin Perez et al, From 1992 to January 8, 2003, are involved in numerous thefts from Major's unite 608. Most of Thefts were constructive, which means the owners due to certain objects of conspiracies, have entered into Major's unite, and stolen certain Major's properties, in which most of stolen properties were court documents that Major was supposed to use at trial or other proceedings in next coming day(s), that caused confusion for administration of justice (which is Contempt of Court), and Major: such as Motion Record, Affidavit of Major against corrupt lawyer Eric Hoaken (Borden &Elliot) etc. Some other property stolen were documents of injuries against Insurance Company, Cheques, Computer Discs containing files, and other properties, including Theft of Apartment Keys, Spare Keys and Access Cards. The last Theft reported to corrupt Toronto Police Radio Constable with badge number 89733 at 7 PM on January 8, 2003.
