AND the most painful part of the story is that the Canadian Justice System, most of its judgment against Major Nourhaghighi, were based on the same fabricate evidence, when Major declared to the courts that the documents were fabricate evidence.

On December 26, 1996, sold on a contract a Pentium Computer to Major, that after Major used the Computer found that its chip was not Pentium, that returned to shop and the rude and thief Manager, asked one week to follow the term of contract. The Dishonest, has installed Pentium chip, and had changed the new hard drive and modem to the detective one. Soon Major discovered the deflects, and turned the Computer to the Thief Factory Direct Canada. This time the dishonest Manager ignored that the hard drive was defective and alleged that the defects was due to the software, and software were not under the warranty. It take time until Major was able to find that the defects were from hardware and software. However, the thief Manger Factory Direct Canada did not accept and sold a new hard drive to Major. Canada, is land of thieves! The government and courts fully supporting the dishonestly of the businesses, were they know it is impossible that for every minor damage have a claim for damages in the court; where people know that there is less that 5% that people win a case against strong corporations, insurances companies, and banks.

FANTINO, JULIAN= Ex-Chief of Toronto Police, called "A Bitter Chief" by NOW Magazine on June 29, 2000 for attack to the black people and stopping them everywhere in Toronto. Fantino was named by Major as "MAFIANO" due the high rate of crimes against him and was sued in the Ontario Human Rights Commission for rapid racism among Police Forces. However, Major admits that Fantino very seriously fighting against corruption among the Toronto Police, since his appointment, he has send hundreds files against corrupt Constables to the Courts, that Toronto never had such record before. Fortunatly, Fantino was successful to arrest many of the officers of 52 Division that I had complaint against them for smuggling in file T-1900-96 at Federal Court of Canada. Faust, fraudulently stated: " You do not need lawyer, the judge will through away the charges!". The Law Society, did not investigate the complain against Faust, which was one of the ground for cause of action against Law Society.
FEDERAL Court of Canada = Corrupt Court of Canada that instead of "Federal" we must call it "Fraud Court of Canada", the most corrupt court in the world, has been made to cause more expenses and confusion for Canadian citizens. From February 2004, there is 'Federal Court' [used to be called Trial Division], and 'Court of Appeal'. Federal Court dishonest judges and administrators did not provide a simple guide that what kinds of Claims could be fall with Section 48 of Federal Court Act against "Queen in Right of Canada". Everyone, with $2 can file a Claim against Government of Canada; but it is not clear that how the process should be commenced. Julius ISAAC, the Chief Judge of the Federal Court was named defendant, as president of the court in May 28, 1999, when he was retired soon On September 1999.

FELDMAN, KATHRYN N.= Judge of Ontario Court of Appeal who On April 1997 made an Order that Major's appeal be heard expeditiously, but the corrupt Attorney General of Ontario disobeyed Feldman Order for expedite appeal and on December 2002 listed the appeal for hearing. Judge Feldman, could not do much in corrupt Court of Appeal, and soon she will be force to follow the rule of conspiracy. On May 7, 1999, Feldman was member of panel in Major's appeal against Law Society, where the conflict of interest was main issue. While Feldman continuously take notes from Major's arguments of errors in law, she never raised a question and panel arbitrary dismissed the appeal. Major made two motions for contempt to charge the Attorney General of Ontario; but the corrupt judges of the Ontario Court of Appeal and General Division have mislead the issue in the hearing and did not allow Major to argue his contempt charges!

OBJECTION TO THE VENUE 1
SIR:
THIS IS OBJECTION TO THE VENUE OF THE INVESTIGATION of my complaint, assigned to be conducted by you 1 as the member of the SIRC, pursuant to provision of section 48(1) of the CSIS Act in which instructing the investigation shall be conducted in private.
1. I received a letter by regular mail dated May 25, 2005 signed by Counsel Emily Crocco informing me that the investigation of my complaint would be held on June 23 and June 24, 2005, at the law firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon at 199 Bay Street, Toronto. Crocco added that I should address my questions to the Registrar Desaulniers.
2. Crocco's letter is contradicting the telephone communications that Desaulniers had with me. I asked for five days hearings and the Registrar stated that June 21, and 22, 2005 are sat for the hearings with option to be extend. Further, I am asking for the enforcement of Section 50 of the CSIS Act to summon my adverse witnesses.
3. Further, several lawyers and staffs of Blake, Cassels & Graydon.involved in the violations of the Criminal Code and the Law Society Act in which I sited them for the 'Contempt of Court' in file T-1535-00, Nourhaghighi v. Canadian Human Rights Commissions et al Blake Cassels & Graydon has shown no respect whatsoever for the rule of law and in September 2000 entered into a conspiracy with the Department of Justice in Toronto with object to obstruct justice in the hearings before the Federal Court on October 30 & 31/00, January 12 & 19, 2001, in which the CAUSE OF ACTION against CSIS raised. In the other words, lawyers and staffs of Blake Cassels & Graydon are 'adverse witnesses' before you that is breaching the confidentiality of the hearing as mentioned in s. 48(1).
4. Furthermore, Executive Director Susan Pollak is in default to reply to my complaint dated May 13, 2005 that I made pursuant to s. 41 of CSIS Act against Marcoux and McGrath. 2 There is no evidence to believe that Pollak, Director J. Judd, Desaulniers, and Counsel James Matheson 3 has intention to comply with LEMIEUX ORDER with good faith and honestly. Surely they are not fully aware of the 'Contempt Proceedings' under Rule 466(b)(c)(d) of the Federal Court Rules. In March 2005 I gave a warning to the Contemnors, where I may move before the Court, unexpectedly.

FINCKENSTEIN, Konard W. von = Corrupt Judge of Federal Court, appointed on August 8, 2003. On November 19, 2003, Judge O'Reilly made an Order that all parties must obtain leave for their motions that obstructed Major's right of appeals against two costs Orders in file T-768-03. However, the Crown conspired with corrupt Judges Lafreniere and Milczynski, disobeyed O'Reilly Order and filed two motions without leave, where on February 17, 2004, corrupt Judge Finckenstein also disobeyed O'Reilly and Snider Orders and allowed the Crown's motion, without obtaining leave. Major appealed Finckenstein Order in file A-151-04 in which he did not get chance to perfect his appeal, and it was dismissed.
FINLAYSON, Defendant George D.= Corrupt Judge of Ontario Court of Appeal who refused to adjourned the hearing of appeal from May 7, 1999, when all parties had consent. The Attorney General, who was not direct party of the proceeding had a wide conspiracy for May 1-7, 1999 who asked Finlayson JA to dismiss the application. On February 17, 2000, Finlayson JA, who was very upset from Major Nourhaghighi's action, vindictively, dismissed his motion and said:" I am accused of conspiracy in your action too!", and Major stated: "You are not accuse of conspiracy!".
